🔄 Return & Refund Policy

Handmade & Made to Order All our sculptures and tableware are unique, handmade pieces crafted specifically for each order. Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@talesontables.com with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement, before production begins. After this window, cancellations cannot be accepted as your piece will already be in production.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
