Free Worldwide Shipping We offer complimentary shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.
Made to Order Every piece in our collection is handcrafted to order in Italy. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for production, followed by 1 week for delivery. Your total estimated lead time from order to arrival is 5 weeks.
Where We Ship We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and 28 European countries.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delays As each piece is made by hand, production timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary. We will keep you informed of any changes to your order's timeline.
🔄 Return & Refund Policy
Handmade & Made to Order All our sculptures and tableware are unique, handmade pieces crafted specifically for each order. Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@talesontables.com with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement, before production begins. After this window, cancellations cannot be accepted as your piece will already be in production.
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Products All items are handmade in Italy and are unique in nature. Minor variations in colour, texture, and finish are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects — they are part of what makes each piece one of a kind.
Orders & Payment By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
Made to Order All products are made to order with an estimated production time of 4 weeks, plus 1 week for delivery. We will notify you of any significant delays.
